Dr. Carol Yacoub

Dr. Yacoub is a native of Northern Virginia and grew up in Leesburg, VA. She attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate degree and received her dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. After graduation, she completed a general practice residency at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center where she treated veterans with complex medical health and dental needs. Following residency, she practiced in private offices throughout Virginia and shortly thereafter, got married and moved to New York City with her husband where she practiced in a highly cosmetic office on Wall Street. She enjoys treating patients of all ages while focusing her clinical expertise on restorative, orthodontic, cosmetic, implant, and removable dentistry. Professionally, she is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. She is passionate about service and has participated in dental service projects throughout Virginia as well as dental mission trips to Jamaica, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. Her love for education pushes her to keep up with the latest advances in dentistry through continued education courses and study clubs. She believes in restoring confidence to smiles with personalized treatment plans that produce the best esthetic and functional outcomes. Her dental focus is empowering patients to make educated and confident decisions regarding their dental health for the best long-term outcomes. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is an avid traveler and enjoys trying new restaurants and attending concerts.
